The 'n' things i've learnt about myself and life...

1) that i can never pre-count the no. of things i'm gonna write about in such a list or stick to a pre-determined number. Hence the "n" things .. and hence i'll keep appending to this post... :D

2) that i've always wanted to be a superhero with supernatural powers but could never decide on the one superpower i wanted !! :)
(i always dreamt of being the typical anonymous superhero someday and save the world... hence the faith that someday, that supernatural-power-filled-meteorite will strike !!

*looks up in the sky*...

3) that i can never write short. Period.
Wow..! That was a good attempt.. ... or was it? Ahh.. here i go again...
*sighs*

4) that i can never be satisfied doing just one thing my entire life. I wanna taste the life of a rockstar, a journalist, a cricketer, a writer, a DJ, an animator, a CEO, a wildlife conservationist....... and sip life like a cocktail.

5) that i am as sensitive as.. well... uhm... how to frame this in a manly way...
ahh.. forget it. I'm sensitive in my relations and i can't boast that i've never cried. There. I said it. Next.

6) that i've always had a bucket-list but have only recently penned it down to help me keep track of all that i wanna do.

7) that life always comes back at you, one way or the other. Somebody called "Anonymous" (weird name i tell you) nailed it - "What goes around... comes around". (that proverb is credited to so many on the internet that i decided Mr. Anonymous would be the safest bet !)

8) that my sixth sense is extra-active! I see some events in my dreams just before they happen in the real world and quite frankly, it freaks me out! I don't really know whether to call it a boon or a curse but hey... that ain't the superpower i ordered !

9) that i just LOVE animals and all the speechless species on planet earth for their simple innocuous way of living and detest animal cruelty in all forms.

10) that i believe every person is meant to serve a purpose in his/her life and touch some lives that he's sent here to make some sort of a difference to. I believe one of the major purposes i am to serve here is to give a voice to the millions of speechless animals on earth.

11) that i tend to get too serious and too philosophical sometimes *sighs* . Brrrrrr.... *shakes off the seriousness*

12) that Mr. Anonymous is the most quoted one in the world. :p

13) that i absolutely suck at being a sportsman. In other words, i hate losing (even a practice game of cricket or basketball or even ping-pong, which i'm still not good at!)

14) that i often ACT humble and look like the modest i-don't-want-the-spotlight person. On the inside, well... here's the generic form of the daydream ::
A huge stadium.. lots of cheerleaders... girls dying to get a glimpse of me, fainting when they do.. autograph requests, blinding camera flashes all around... i guess that sums it up.

15) that somebody (not anonymous this time, i just don't remember who) once said and i couldn't agree more : "Happiness is just a state of mind. You can be happy with nothing and unhappy even with everything in life "

16) that i'm obsessed with daydreaming !! (that's one more of all those understandably piscean traits in me)

17) that holding hands is the most touching and assuring gesture in the world.

18) that there are always two ways in life :: the easy one (certain, less rewarding and satisfying but, secure... yes, very secure) & the one less traveled (uncertain, possibly more rewarding at the end but full of struggle and surprises).
see.. Mr. philosopher at his best!

19) that each one of us is a very unique case of MPD ! ( "How many you have...? " :p)

20) that Indian tv-soaps are the worst thing ever to have happened to my family. (a separate blog-post on the sheer stupidity of these... 4 sure! )

21) that tom 'n' jerry is the only immortal show on earth !

22) that i'm an absolute "Hopeless Romantic" ( u know the kind that believes in true love, "the one", etcetra.. and ow.. also, guitars, scented candles, beaches...)

23) that i'm pretty good at being the Agony Uncle and hence, my friends open up sooner to me than they (or I) expect...
